Technical Systems Validation
Following end-user complaints of office temperatures, a survey was undertaken to establish the condition of the 4-pipe fan coil unit system installed throughout the floor by a previous contractor.
Due to the financially sensitive nature of the tenant's work, all surveys had to be undertaken out of working hours and collated into a final condition report.

This project was made more challenging by multiple Chilled Water circuits on the floor, with a Critical Circuit requiring constant continity of service. IsoDome are available to undertake MEP systems validation work, including out-of-hours inspection and reporting.
